Rick Ross' own lawyer and a Cop investigating him have come to the conclusion that he never pushed yay,never ran with CAROL CITY CARTEL,and doesn't even know anyone from the gang.

Now records show that Ross's purported hoodlum connections were explored last April during a deposition of Officer Rey Hernandez,a Miami Beach Cop who arrested Ross in January 2008 on gun and marijuna charges.
