Cheryl Cole has a juicy new X Factor assignment,says Source. Simon Cowell her boss on the TV talent show has apparently hand picked her to take the ratings hit across the Atlantic.
Executives from US channel NBC will arrive in Manchester this weekend to see her conducting live auditions,picking potential contestants for the star search.
Simon is said to be on the point of signing a deal with NBC for a US version of X Factor. On turning 26,the X Factor sweetheart "Cheryl Cole" set out to have some real fun at London's Vanilla Club.To make sure she was the undoubted star of the evening Cheryl had chosen a sensational traffic-stopping mini-dress.
The £4,000 Alexander McQueen number featuring a sheer front panel that allowed observers an ample view of her toned assets and a playful fringed hem.
Guests joining the party included her bandmates Kimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts as well as Holly Willoughby, taking time out from first-time motherhood after the birth of her baby son seven weeks ago.
The X Factor crowd were out in force, with judges Louis Walsh, Dannii Minogue and Simon Cowell on hand. TV impresario Simon had a surprising companion along with him, his ex Terri Seymour.

It may have been Cheryl Cole's birthday yesterday,but there was no time to party.
The talent show judge, who turned 26, arrived for the auditions.Fortunately the star was surprised by her husband,a Chelsea Football Player,Ashley Cole carrying a bunch of lilies, balloons and a birthday present.
The Chelsea player whisked his wife away for a slap up lunch in between takes.
