Nicole Marty,25,from Long Island allegedly crashed her car into a utility pole after getting high on drugs,inflicting injuries on her nine year old daughter who was in the car.

While in Bay Shore hospital,Marty also beat on the Cop standing guard outside her room.She's currently charged with assault,criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.
