Remember Claire Elisabeth Fields Cruise? She's the nut job bitch who claimed she's the Mother of Connor Cruise as well as Michael Jackson's three other kids. Well TMZ Got a sit down with Julian Bleecker the guy Claire cited in the press as biological father of one of MJ's Kids.

Bleecker told TMZ its all a ridiculous accusation. He also revealed Claire has been calling him laterly to organise a high school reunion. He then had to cut off contact with Claiqe because she sounded not quite right.

Bleecker added he spoke to Claire less than a week ago,when she asked him to be her "unofficial fiance".

According to the lady herself, she changed her last name to "Cruise" when she married Tom in the 9th grade.

The custody case
regarding the late Michael Jackson's kids has finally
reached an end, and the children's grandmother
Katherine Jackson will be their legal custodian.

According to Katherine's attorney Londell McMillan, everything has been settled, with Debbie Rowe (the mother of two of the kids) receiving visitation rights, but no money.

McMillan during an interview told press, "It's an
agreement, for the best interests of the children.This is not a money deal. This is not about money."

Earlier on an interview on 'The Early Show' this morning, McMillan explained, "We will be making an announcement very shortly on that issue, and all of the parties are
resolved. There is no situation better for these
children than for them to be raised and reared in the
loving care of Mrs.
Katherine Jackson."

Last Night Summit Entertainment announced Rachelle Lefevre is to be replaced by Bryce Howard Dallas in the third
Twilight film,citing
scheduling conflicts as the
main reason for the re-casting.

Well not quite,Says Rachelle as she tells her own side of the Story.

"I was stunned by Summit's decision to recast the role
of Victoria for Eclipse. I was fully committed to the
Twilight saga, and to the portrayal of Victoria. I turned down several other film opportunities and, in accordance with my contractual rights, accepted
only roles that would involve very short shooting schedules.

She adds:
"My commitment to Barney's Version is only 10 days. Summit picked up my option for Eclipse.

Although the production schedule for Eclipse is over three months long,Summit said
they had a conflict during those ten days and would
not accommodate me. Given the length of filming for Eclipse, never did I fathom I
would lose the role over a 10-day overlap. I was
happy with my contract with
Summit and was fully prepared to continue to honor it. Summit chose
simply to recast the part.

"I am greatly saddened that
I will not get to complete my
portrayal of Victoria for the
Twilight audience. This is a story, a theatrical journey
and a character that I truly love and about which I am very passionate. I will be forever grateful to the fan support and loyalty I've received since being cast
for this role, and I am hurt deeply by Summit's surprising decision to move on without me. I wish the cast and crew of Eclipse only the very best."

Now that "New Moon" is done filming, producers are
looking ahead to the third film in the "Twilight" saga "Eclipse." And they've already made a casting
change.

Rachelle Lefevre, who played Victoria in the first
two films, has been replaced by Bryce Dallas
Howard for the third flick, and it sounds like
everyone is excited about
what she will bring to the role.

Erik Feig, a bigwig with Summit Entertainment, told press, "Rachelle brought
Victoria to great screen life, and Bryce will bring a
new dimension to the character."

He continued, "The franchise is lucky to have
such a talented actress as Bryce coming in to fill the
role."

Katie Price's reportedly new
lover,Alex Reid, was against
the ropes last night after his heartbroken
girlfriend found out about the fling.
