Kevin Jonas, the oldest member of popular pop music trio Jonas Brothers, is engaged to Danielle Deleasa, his girlfriend of two years. Both of them have confirmed the news and so have his parents, Paul Kevin Jonas, Sr. and Denise.
People, which is first to report the engagement, Kevin proposed to Danielle at her doorstep in New Jersey on Wednesday morning, July 1, soon after arriving in the city on an overnight flight from a concert in Vancouver. He presented her with a cushion-cut diamond ring that he designed with Jacob & Co.
"It was tough performing lastnight,knowing that I was going to ask the biggest question in my life to the most amazing girl in the world," admits Kevin, adding that Danielle "said yes, yes, yes like 500 times super fast in a row" after he popped the question.
Speaking of the engagement news, Kevin's parents Paul and Denise have told People, "Our hearts are filled with joy today and we are happy to share with you that our son Kevin has asked Danielle for her hand in marriage. Her answer was yes, and it is such a blessing that she will be joining our family. Kevin and Danielle have not yet set a date. Family is very dear to us, and we hope we have raised Kevin to be a wonderful man and husband.
Kevin Jonas first met Danielle Deleasa in May 2007 while they were vacationing in the Bahamas with their families."I didn't know who the Jonas Brothers were," admits Danielle recalling the day she first met Kevin.And like every other fan would want to say When is the Wedding Date.
